In today's digital age, social media platforms like Instagram have become ubiquitous, influencing various aspects of users' lives. While these platforms offer opportunities for connection and self-expression, concerns have arisen regarding their potential negative impacts on mental well-being. This study delves into the awareness of Instagram users regarding the platform's detrimental effects on mental health and explores the self-help strategies they employ to mitigate these effects. Through a comprehensive survey, we aimed to uncover insights that could inform interventions to promote a healthier relationship with Instagram and safeguard users' mental well-being.
